This super easy recipe for cole slaw can be made a day ahead. Wonderful side dish for a summer barbecue! Serves 6-8 people.
1/2 head green cabbage
1/2 head red cabbage
1 small red onion (or 4 chopped green onions)
1 bottle cole slaw dressing
Chop or shred cabbage into large bowl. Chop onion and finely grate carrots. Mix together in bowl. Add cole slaw dressing and mix to coat well. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Stir just before serving.
