On the Today Show this morning, chef Eric Gabrynowicz of New York’s Restaurant North, demonstrated how to make glazed short rib of beef, sweet potato puree, sweet potato chips, and brussel sprouts. I’m going to pass on the brussel sprouts (yuck), and save the glazed short rib of beef for a day when I have a lot of time because it looks pretty time-consuming (and yummy). However, the sweet potato chips really caught my eye! And they can be fixed in jiffy, which is perfect for busy moms.
