Bacon Dijon Roast (Crockpot)

2 lb. sirloin roast
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 cup water
4 slices of bacon

Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper over roast. Spread Dijon mustard over roast and place in crockpot. Add water; place bacon slices on top of roast; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. This is so good!
