Sweet Baked Chicken Breasts

4 chicken breast halves (boneless & skinless)
2/3 cup strawberry preserves
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 /4 cup nuts (sliced almonds or cashew pieces)
cooking spray

Spray shallow pan with cooking spray and place chicken in it. In a saucepan, heat preserves, lemon juice and lemon pepper until preserves melt. Pour over chicken and sprinkle nuts on top. Heat at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour, occasionally basting. After serving chicken on plates, pour remaining sauce in small cups for dipping sauce.
