1-1/2 pounds small new potatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 teaspoons margarine, melted
Leave peeling on potatoes and poke a few holes in each one with a fork. Place potatoes in a microwave-safe dish. Add green onions, parsley and dill weed and toss together. Cover tightly and nuke on high (100 percent) 6 to 8 minutes, or until potatoes are fork-tender, stirring once. Add margarine to potatoes and mix well to coat.
