Carrot Salad

4 cups shredded fresh carrots
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 cups diced celery
1 cup raisins
3/4 cup mayonnaise

Mix shredded carrots with sugar, salt, celery and raisins. Stir in mayonnaise and mix together well. Can be served on lettuce or alone.
