3 to 3 1/2 pounds chicken, cut into pieces
2 bottles chili sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken, skin sides up, in a large rectangular baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with Pam. Mix together remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and spoon sauce over pieces. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. Place chicken in serving dish and spoon sauce over pieces; serve.
