1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 large can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 can cherry pie filling
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and freeze.
There are a couple of ways to dress this dish up for Valentine’s Day:
(1) You can freeze it in a large heart shaped dish. (Be sure to cover with saran wrap before freezing.)
(2) Or you could spoon the mix into individual chocolate crust pies, refrigerate and serve soft and top with a heart-shaped piece of chocolate.
Another idea is to spoon the mix into cupcake papers for Valentine’s Day, set in cupcake pans, cover with saran wrap and freeze.
