Sweet Chicken and Rice

4-6 boneless chicken breasts -- cut into strips
1 tablespoon margarine -- melted
1/4 cup fresh parsley -- chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 clove garlic -- minced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken strips in a baking dish. Combine brown sugar, margarine, parsley and garlic and pour over chicken, coating well. Bake for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes and basting with the liquid from the pan. Serve over rice.
