1/2 cup A.1. Sweet & Tangy Steak Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1-1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup beef broth
1 lb. beef top round steak, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, cut into strips
Mix together steak sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch and beef broth; set aside. Heat oil in skillet and brown meat for 2-3 minutes. Add pepper strips and stir with meat for another minute or two. Pour steak sauce mixture over the meat and peppers and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Serve with instant rice. Serves 4.
