Lite Beef Stroganoff

1 pkg. eggless noodles
1 cup fat-free sour cream
3 tbsp. onion soup mix
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup hot water

Prepare eggless noodles according to package directions. While they are cooking: Mix together sour cream and onion soup mix; set aside. Brown ground beef; drain. Sprinkle flour over beef and stir until blended over medium heat. Slowly add water, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add sour cream mixture and blend well. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
