Grilled Citrus Salmon

1-2 lbs. salmon
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp. lime or lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
Ground pepper to taste

Rinse salmon and pat dry; set aside in a deep platter. Mix together butter, lime or lemon juice, and garlic, and pour over salmon. Marinate about 15-20 minutes; turning once. Grill salmon approximately 10-15 minutes, until flaky, basting often with marinade.

Note: Can be cooked in oven at 450 degrees for approximately 15 minutes
