Classic Green Bean Casserole

1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
3/4 cup whole milk
2 cans french-cut green beans, drained
1 large can fried onions (I use French's French Fried Onions)
Salt and pepper to taste

In a 9x13 casserole dish, mix all ingredients except 1/2 can of fried onions. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Sprinkle remaining onions on top, and bake 5 minutes more or until onions are golden.
