Spicy Pork Chops (Grill)

2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4-6 thick pork loin chops

Combine first three dry ingredients in a small bowl. Butterfly pork loin chops and flatten. Rub spice mixture into both sides. Grill for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.

Note: Can also broil for five minutes on each side.
