Zesty Ribeyes

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp salt
4-6 rib-eye or strip loin steaks

Mix together first four ingredients: olive oil, Tabasco sauce, garlic, and salt and pour over steaks. Cover and marinate in the fridge at least 2 hours (preferably overnight). When ready to cook, bring steaks to room temperature while the grill is heating to medium-high. Grill to desired doneness (approx. 15 minutes for medium-turning halfway through) and serve.
