My friend, Lynette (a fabulous cook and caterer), made this recipe a couple of years ago for a school function. It was a big hit and very easy to make!
12 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 strips bacon, cooked, crumbled
2 tablespoons shredded sharp Cheddar (I used Swiss cheese instead)
Parsley, for garnish, optional
Halve eggs lengthwise. Spoon yolks into a bowl. Reserve whites. Mash yolks with fork. Add mayonnaise, honey-mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in bacon and cheese. Fill each half egg white with yolk mixture. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Deviled eggs have always been a favorite of mine. I am going to try your recipe - it sounds delicious.
I have never added bacon before will certainly give it a try. I use curry powder rather than mustard-simply a matter of choice.
Devilled eggs are always a favorite and these look and sound exceptionally nice.
